Our Process

What You Can Expect

Our relationship begins with a complimentary, hour-long goals meeting with Karen, to discuss your personal situation. You will then work together to develop a plan that suits your needs. We will also discuss our flat fee arrangement so you will never be surprised by legal bills!

Once we have developed your personalized plan, Karen will prepare your documents and send you the drafts to review, The time frame from the goals meeting to the preparation of the drafts is approximately 2-4 weeks.

Once the documents have been revised and completed to your approval, you will attend the signing ceremony. Once signed, it's important to have your documents stored in a safe and accessible place for future reference.
